Philanthropic Projects

Empowering women and girls worldwide with knowledge, confidence, and the essential resources they need to thrive. Through education and access to menstrual health support, we help them understand their bodies, attend school and work without limitations, and live healthier lives free from stigma and barriers.

Menstrual Health Initiative – Buhera, Zimbabwe January 2025

In January 2025, the Infradian team traveled to Buhera, Zimbabwe, to support young girls facing menstrual health challenges. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we successfully raised £1,035, allowing us to make a real impact in the community. Key Achievements -We visited three schools in rural Buhera, ensuring young girls had access to essential menstrual health products. -We distributed pads, soap, and underwear to over 300 young girls, providing them with the resources to manage their periods with dignity. – Alongside the donations, we facilitated discussions on menstrual hygiene, breaking taboos, and encouraging open conversations about women's health. This initiative empowered young girls to attend school with confidence, reducing period-related absenteeism and promoting better menstrual health practices. By ensuring access to menstrual products and education, we’re taking steps toward breaking the cycle of period poverty in rural communities.
