Growing up, I never envisioned a life shadowed by daily physical and mental pain. Navigating the challenges of endometriosis, PMDD, and enduring years of infertility, I found myself in a relentless battle with my own body. These experiences, while daunting, ignited a profound passion within me—a desire to transform my struggles into a force for good.​

In 2022, I established Infradian with a clear mission: to empower women and girls worldwide to understand their bodies and embrace their health journeys. Drawing from my background in public health and personal battles, Infradian became a platform dedicated to education, support, and advocacy in women's health.
I've transformed my pain into purpose, dedicating myself to ensuring that no woman or girl feels isolated in her health journey. Together, we're building a world where understanding our bodies leads to empowerment, health, and a brighter future.​
